What do we do with your information?

Generally, you are able to enjoy our platform, take advantage of our promotions and visit many areas of our website without tellin us who you are or providing us with any personal information.

We collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our websites and clickstream and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system and average time spent on our websites. We use this information to monitor and improve our websites.

However, we do collect personal information when you: purchase artworks offered through our website or at our kiosks or pop-up stores, subscribe to our online newsletters, or contact our customer services with an enquiry, comment or suggestion.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect your payment details and other personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. We use this information to process your orders, to better assist you when you visit or contact us in the future, and to improve our product offerings. Your credit card transaction is processed through a secure Payment Service Provider and your card data is not retained.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

When you subscribe to receive special promotions and invites to our pop-up stores we may ask you to provide your name, mailing address, email address for the purposes of fulfilling your subscription. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

You can submit personal information about other people via our websites. For example, you might submit the name and e-mail address of any individual to send a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient, you may be required to submit the recipient's name and address. We may store and process personal information in the UK, the European Union or any other country in which we (or any of our affiliates, subsidiaries or agents) maintain facilities. All of our service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal information and to use it only in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and are prohibited from using or disclosing your personal information for any purpose other than providing the services on our behalf or as otherwise required by applicable law.  By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law.

Foxy

Our store is hosted on Foxy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. FoxyCart is a Level 1 PCI Compliant Service Provider listed on both Visa and MasterCard's registries.
Your data is stored through Foxy’s data storage, databases and the general Foxy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

We use Foxy.io to process purchases.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Foxy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third party services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
