By placing an order with infinite multiple, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms and conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at infinite multiple for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

You are able to enjoy our platform, take advantage of our promotions and visit many areas of our website without providing us with any personal information. However, we do collect personal information when you: purchase artworks offered through our website or at our kiosks or pop-up stores, subscribe to our online newsletters, or contact our customer services with an enquiry, comment or suggestion.

Subscriptions: When you subscribe to receive special promotions and invites to our pop-up stores we may ask you to provide your name, mailing address, email address for the purposes of fulfilling your subscription.

Mailing list: You do not need to sign up to browse our website. However, signing up will grant you first access to new releases, exclusive promotions, and discounts. When you sign up, you agree to the use of personal information such as your name and e-mail address to be used to deliver the newsletter services requested. We collect the information we need to identify who you are, to provide you with the service or information you requested. The newsletters may include information from artworks, artists and events that may be of interest to you.

Information about Other People: via our websites, you can submit personal information about other people. For example, you might submit the name and e-mail address of any individual to send a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient, you may be required to submit the recipient's name and address. The personal information that may be collected about other people at these pages include the recipient's name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. We do not use the recipient's personal information for any other purpose unless given direct permission to do from the recipient.

Optional Information: Occasionally, we may request demographic information (like your age or gender) or information about your interests and preferences. In most instances, you do not have to provide us with this information to receive the artwork you have requested. We use this optional demographic and preference information to tailor or improve our products and service offerings, as well as for internal marketing research purposes.

Generally, you can visit our websites without telling us who you are or providing us with any personal information. We collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our websites and clickstream and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system and average time spent on our websites. We use this information to monitor and improve our websites.


If we obtained your permission to place you on a marketing mailing list, you can remove yourself from the list at any time. You can also remove yourself from an e-mail marketing list by clicking the "unsubscribe" button that appears on our e-mails.

When you purchase artworks through our website, we collect your credit card and other payment information such as name and mailing address. We use this information to process your orders, to better assist you when you visit or contact us in the future, as well as to improve our product offerings. Your credit card transaction is processed through a secure Payment Service Provider and your card data is not retained. We use to process purchases. Exchanges and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the goods within 28 days of receiving them. After filling in the returns form we will send you a postage label. On receipt of the unused artwork we will issue a full refund. Artwork must be secured in its original packaging where possible and the package must be wrapped in additional wrapping. Please also put a note inside the package giving your email address and the reason for returning the artwork. If an artwork arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible on the returns form.

Please return the item(s) in the shortest possible timeframe, along with your receipt. Returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition and include all original packaging, e.g. tags, et cetera. We cannot refund or exchange wearable items, which have been used or removed from original packaging. Refund will not be granted for artworks damaged by any means other than the delivery process or a manufacturing defect.
Should a product be subject to further conditions relating to its eligibility for a refund or exchange it will be advertised accordingly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For purchases outside the UK, we are unable to cover return postage costs, unless an artwork is damaged, in which case we will send you a returns label by email.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges such as sales tax or customs duty may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers’ own expense.

Ordering Multiple Items

While you are welcome to order multiple items from us, we send prints and object separately. Please be aware that each artwork is packaged individually so groups of items will be bagged or taped together. If you are ordering large numbers of items for delivery internationally, infinite multiple reserves the right to charge additional fees.
Infinite Multiple was established to offer affordable artwork by leading contemporary artists with the ambition of widening the ownership of art. With this in mind we restrict the number of each edition that a customer/household/family/group/organisation can buy.

Unclaimed Packages

If an artwork is returned to us because it was left at a Post Office or other courier beyond their standard wait period, infinite multiple reserves the right to charge a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

Sale of Business

We reserve the right to transfer any personal information we have about you in the event of a merger with a third party or upon a sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets to a third-party acquirer.

Security of Personal Information

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard the personal information in our custody and control, please understand that we are unable to guarantee that your personal information will never be disclosed or accessed in a manner that is inconsistent with this document. We have implemented measures in an effort to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information in our custody and control, including only providing access to personal information to employees and authorised service providers who require such information for the purposes described in this document. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorised access, use, modification and disclosure of personal information in our custody and control.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to infinite multiple and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request infinite multiple to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the infinite multiple Terms & Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside infinite multiple's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that infinite multiple is released from infinite multiple’s obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


All products remain infinite multiple's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from infinite multiple.

All transfers conducted through infinite multiple are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless infinite multiple and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.


In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.


The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Entire agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

infinite multiple reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, material, aesthetic and technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, infinite multiple has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. infinite multiple shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
